I’m not some real estate guru.

I wasn’t born into money.

And I definitely didn’t set out to write a book.

I started out as a journalist, exposing censorship and government overreach during the pandemic.

But the deeper I dug, the more obvious it became:

The real story isn’t about politics. It's all about money.

While the headlines kept us distracted, monetary policy — the real engine of inequality — is quietly reshaping our lives.

It doesn’t matter who's in charge.

Social mobility is collapsing either way.

I'm not from a long line of homeowners.

Nobody handed me a blueprint for getting into the market.

If I wanted a future, I had to figure it out myself.

I got tired of being angry.

Tired of watching good people get priced out, rennovicted, and ripped off.

So I decided to get off the sidelines.

I took everything I had learned investigating policies, following the money, and studying the system.

Then I went deeper — earning my real estate license, decoding the inside playbook, and turning it into something the average person could actually use:

A battle plan.

One built for regular people — not insiders, elites, or billionaires.

And when I really saw how the game was played —

I realized:
